My blog tags are growing in number and I can almost hear them getting impatient in their temporary home in my bookmarks, and I know I’ll be lamenting over my lateness in responding to them,… More
[A gif that perfectly illustrates my relationship with the said shelf …]
“Cats don’t have names,” it said.
“No?” said Coraline.
“No,” said the cat. “Now you people have names. That’s because you don’t know who you are. We know who we are, so we don’t need names.”
― Neil Gaiman,
You know my name but not my to be read shelf… so I’d like you guys to be acquainted with my ever growing TBR. I usually feed it once in a blue moon but in large quantities. It’s wrecking havoc in my priorities and a fearsome entity, thus I fondly call it my monster TBR or mons-TBR for short.
So for this tag, what you’re suppose to do is take your name and find a book from your TBR that starts with each letter of your name (in my case it’s two books per letter). I decided to do both my username and the title for my book blog.

Ha! I totally did not plan for that title by the way. It came to me naturally… I was inspired.
“No matter what I say or do, I’m still me. The things I feel, the things I do, being a vampire, being a man … when all those things come together they make up “me.” But I’m none of these things taken separately.”

“You know that feeling,” she [Tessa] said, “when you are reading a book, and you know that it is going to be a tragedy; you can feel the cold and darkness coming, see the net drawing tight around the characters who live and breathe on the pages. But you are tied to the story as if being dragged behind a carriage and you cannot let go or turn the course aside.”

“I always tell trainees there are no shortcuts, there is only practice, practice, never-ending repeated practice. Let it become a kind of habit, a routine.
Because the only thing that lets me have the courage to face all the sounds and lights is just the memories of my own body.”
Back at it again with the award tags!
Just to be clear, “Hobi” is a nickname for the sunshine member of BTS.

See that little star on the bottom right side corner of posts in your feed? It could be more than a like and it signifies more for some..
That comment prompt at the bottom of each published post? It could just be a casual request but could also be a plea..
Because third time’s the charm and it’s day three, I’ll have it as an excuse to share three quotes all from the same book. Continue reading “3 Days, 3 Quotes: The True Worth of Stories”
“Keep moving forward.”

One word for this: Loophole.
I was talking about this when I was doing this tag the first time around and I remember saying in the day three post: if somebody tagged me again, I would have no choice but to do it again… right? Continue reading “3 Days, 3 Quotes: The Wraith’s Arrow”

Aside from devouring several books this week though not all of them brought out a review post, waiting for episodes of Idol Producer, and binge watching the season two of Go Fighting, I have been repeatedly watching several videos in YouTube. Not the Graham Norton nor the Ellen DeGeneres side of it because that was weeks ago, but the K-pop side. Continue reading “Covers, Dance Practices and Performance Videos: K-pop Side of YouTube”
“Keep your head in the clouds, stars in your eyes and love in your heart, and you will be happy forever.”
“Because in the end we’re all just a bunch of weirdos standing in front of other weirdos, asking for their username.”
“Everyone’s scared to stand up on stage in front of an audience. You’re afraid that you might mistakes. That they’ll totally reject you. Even so, you grit your teeth and get up onstage anyway. Something compels us, moves us to play music. That’s how you create the most beautiful lie of all.”
